Definitions
Happy: A positive mood associated with joy and satisfaction.

Food: Any solid our liquid which when digested provides the body with nutrients for growth and repair.

Happy Foods: Food that improve mood by causing the release of hormones such as: oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine, and endorphin which are responsible for warding off depression and anxiety, and have anti-depressant effects.
​
Happy Kitchen: A fresh initiative that links food and psychology providing easy access to health and happiness. A large percentage of happy foods are used in the creation of the recipes; in addition, no preservatives are added to products.
